Ordering over the internet isn’t the same as buying a product from a shop where you can pick the product up and look at it. But when you think about it, you’re still faced with the same decision whether you buy online or in a shop – should you buy this product? - please contact me within 3 calendar days of receiving your order to inform me that you wish to return the product
- I will then give you the shipping address of where to return the product to
- ensure you ship the order within 7 calendar days of receiving your order
- when I receive the returned order, I will refund you the full purchase amount including our original shipping and your return shipping
- I expect the returned order to still be 90% full (18kg left out of 20kg) – you shouldn’t need to use more than 10% (2kg) within 3 days to figure out that the product is not for you
- if you have used more than 10% of the order then it will be our discretion as to what refund is applicable if at all (please discuss this with us when you first contact us about the refund)
