A list of frequently asked questions about our products, shipping, delivery times etc will be added here in the future. Be one of the first to ask us a question!

  • “are your products suitable for use by people with allergic or itchy reactions to soap?”

Yes, absolutely! One of the great things about Naturally Clean is that it does not contain any soap or harsh chemicals. It is a great alternative for people with allergies or eczema.

  • “can your products be used in both a top loader and front loader washing machine?”

Naturally Clean is suitable for use in both front and top loading washing machines. Please follow the suggested usage on the labels for your type of washing machine.

  • “do you provide free samples?”

We’d love to but unfortunately postage makes this prohibitive, and we think Australia Post would be suspicious of us sending small packets of white powder through the mail. Instead, we can offer sample packs of 1kg powder or 2L liquids for purchase. Postage is still considerable however this does allow you to try the products before deciding to purchase in bulk. Alternatively, Naturally Clean is available from 75 retailers around the country.

  • “are you an official reseller for Naturally Clean?”

Yes. I’ve been involved with Naturally Clean from its inception over 10 years ago, from designing the labels to creating and maintaining the website. I’ve been using Naturally Clean for many years and decided to help broaden its reach by creating this website to make Naturally Clean available online.

  • “who delivers the orders?”

We use either Star Track Express or Australia Post to deliver our orders interstate. If you live in the ACT, John Lieber of Naturally Clean or myself will deliver it to your door.

  • "how many washes in a 20kg tub?"
The manufacturer's instruction say to use 1/4 cup of Snow laundry powder for a front loader. This is about 60g. So for a 20kg tub you will get 333 washes. Having said this, in practice I've found that I use roughly 30g per wash which means I get 666 washes. What you also need to factor in is the capacity of your washing machine (a 9.5kg machine will need more powder than a 5kg machine for a full load), the different wash cycles, and how soiled your clothes are. I own a 7kg machine and generally use 30g for a full load on a 2 hour full wash cycle. I would definitely recommend that you experiment with the quantity you use to figure out what works best for you. There's no point using more powder than you need to.
